A minimum of 1 year experience in high-volume, upscale service environment is required; catering/fine dining is a plus
Must have a serious work-ethic and be responsible and reliable-Knowledge of different service techniques
The ability to execute all aspects of banquet service such as buffet set-up, bussing techniques, and correct table set
Ability to read, write and speak the English language-Ability to communicate effectively with guests, associates, and management
Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to memorize and recite menus, items served and cocktail selections
Must present oneself professionally and maintain exemplary hygiene
Must have the ability to smile and convey a sense of warmth, empathy, and genuine hospitality
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for periods of time
Must have the availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
